Thoughts:

Why did it start of with a man cutting a womens eye? if you didnt know it was a surreal film the eye scene with no blood but a water droplet, this would indicate it.

The man riding the bike and the women in the first scene seem to be the main characters.

After the women saved the man from the bike fall, are they in love? is the woman who finds the hand his wife? whos is the hand?

The ants on the mans hand reappear when he assaults the woman. Does it refer to something deeper?

I think most things that happen in this film have no meaning at all and are just for affect.
